Directly on Lake Constance and just 150 m from the shore, our modern apartment "Haus Behr am See Nr. 2" impresses with its new, high-quality design. The 55 m² apartment features an open-plan bedroom with TV and a large double bed (180x200), a dining area, and an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed (120x200), all located in one shared, open space. There is also a modern bathroom and a kitchen-living room with another dining table. The apartment accommodates 3 guests and includes WiFi and satellite TV. In front of the apartment, a courtyard with a garden bench and table invites you to relax. The lakeside promenade and the historic old town are just a 2-minute walk away. If you enjoy the lively atmosphere of Radolfzell’s old town, this is the perfect place for you, with a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Many events take place on the promenade, such as the Hausherrenfest with fireworks. Popular destinations like Konstanz, Reichenau Island, Mainau, and Meersburg are within 10 to 20 km. Bed linen and towels are included. Please wear slippers inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted in the courtyard. Parties are not allowed. Cars can be parked in a public lot, available for an extra fee. Guests are required to clean the kitchen themselves (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, oven, and take out the trash). Children aged 6 and above are welcome. A security deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred.

On the two furnished balconies you can start the day with a delicious breakfast or round off mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. The lakeside promenade to the harbour and the historic old town are only a 2-minute walk away. A variety of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops await you there. Many popular excursion destinations such as Constance, the island Reichenau, the island Mainau, Stein am Rhein or Meersburg are within a radius of 10 to 20 km. Parking spaces are available on the property. Please wear slippers in the apartment. Smokers are requested to smoke exclusively on the balconies. The apartment is intended for families and groups - please treat the apartment with care. For children under 5 years the apartment is not suitable for safety reasons. Please note that this accommodation is not allowed for craftsmen. Parties are not allowed. The cleaning of the kitchen (crockery, cutlery, pans, pots, oven, waste disposal, etc.) must be done by yourself. Please note that the deposit must be paid in cash to the host on site.
